Northern Voices - Kyla Kakfwi Scott

Jane Glassco Arctic Fellow Kyla Kakfwi Scott delivered a speech during the opening ceremonies of IPY 2012 in Montreal. Kayla spoke about the changing landscape of Canada's Arctic region, and the impact the Fellowship Program has had on her life. She also highlighted the importance of IPY as an opportunity to come together and share knowledge across various research disciplines and between generations.
