Sara French talks Arctic Council on CTV News

Munk-Gordon Arctic Security Program Director Sara French was interviewed today by CTV News Channel anchor Jacqueline Milczarek about Canada's upcoming chairmanship of the Arctic Council. The two discussed the role of the Arctic Council, the Canadian/Russian maritime boundary dispute, and how to best to tackle requests for Observer Status from non-Arctic states.
